White House Won’t Challenge Marijuana Laws

    The day that the Marihuana Act of 1937 and Reg. No 1 are forever repealed, is the day I will believe in all of this TALK. It’s just talk. If the DEA wants, they still can arrest you. Period. Federa law trumphs state law regarding this so who loses in an arrest? It sure as hell won’t be the state or the feds — it will, as usual, be the little guy or gal, otherwise known as We, the People.
